maybe like dinner parties all the kids would have to put their phones away in these pouches or 

for when you are doing your homework and you do not need distractions.

I am sure people would start bringing fake phones that do not work and then put those in the pouche and not their actual phone.

b.yes, people will eventually start using cell phones and the younger generations as an advantage to take things out. 

c.Well cell phones already have a huge impact on the world already, the fact these small devices could be used for bad is a wonder. I think that people should go back to flip phones.
